Chief Photographer - PSI Hong Kong
Victor started his career shooting assignments around the globe for high-profile surfing magazines and went on to develop his expertise as an editorial photographer by working for Reuters, Getty Images and Corbis. During this time he shot sports assignments including the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, 2008 Beijing Olympics, a number of Formula 1 Grand Prix races, World Championships of Swimming and international Athletics, Soccer, Badminton and surfing events. He also covered many ATP and WTA tennis tournaments and several PGA & LPGA, Europen Tour and World Cups of Golf.
Victor have worked extensively on behalf of the organizers, sponsors and national sport associations and his images have been published in Sports Illustrated, Time, Paris Match, National Geographic, ESPN, Hello, Stern, Der Spiegel, Quo, Men's Health magazine, Vanity Fair magazine, Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan and have won him a number of major international photography awards.
Victor's shift to commercial photography began in earnest in 2009 after 15 years of editorial experience and his clients now include Neil Pryde, Nike, Rolex, Red Bull, Nikon, HSBC, UBS, Infiniti, Ballantine's, Callaway Golf, KIA Motors and Billabong.

From South Africa, to Scotland, to Dubai, to Scotland, to Hong Kong. Mike is currently based out of Hong Kong where he photographs all things sport and a little more.
He regularly joins us in our main Asia production base in Hong Kong to either assist or shoot on sports-related assignments. Having started shooting major sports events such as the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens he gradually moved on to commissioned shoots for sportswear manufacturers, sports teams and organising committees.
Mike can always be found scheming new and interesting ways to mix the science of sport with the art of photography.

During his career he has covered political, fashion, breaking news and sport assignments including the 33nd Americas Cup, Volvo Ocean Race 2011, UEFA Champions League, Formula One, ATP Master Series, Davis Cup tennis tournaments, several PGA & LPGA, European Tour and Golf World Cup. Actually contributes to Frommers American Travel Guides. Xaume has been assigned to cover the 52 Superseries Sailing Circuit as the official photographer since 2012. Member of Documenta collective of photographers and co-founder of International Photo-Journalism Festival of Valencia.
Executive Producer - PSI Hong Kong
Yaz Pleitgen began her career in television in 2001 and has since emerged as a truly international and ‘made in Hong Kong’ producer. She speaks native English, Cantonese, and Hindi.
Yaz has written, produced, and production managed multiple award-winning promos, on-air channel branding, commercials, and television programmes for Turner Entertainment, Channel V, Warner Brothers, Pogo, and the Cartoon Network. From driving high-octane on-air production teams, animation and motion graphic artists to large-scale location and studio filming across Asia, she has a proven track record in her craft. She has also developed multi-platform brand campaigns for blue chips such as Canon, Sony, Nokia, Adidas, Samsung, Mattel and LG to name a few.
When she's not geeking out about movies and books, you will find her in the ocean.
Photographer - PSI Hong Kong
Native from France, Jerome is based in Hong Kong since 2007. After complete his photography studies in Lyon, France, Jerome moved to Taiwan as a freelance photographer.
He covered a wide range of events such as two presidential campaigns and elections, the months long riots and protests that followed the 2004 presidential election, several plane crashes, the deadly September 21, 1999 earthquake, the 2003 SARS outbreak and countless typhoons and natural disasters for the Associated Press, acquiring a strong experience in photojournalism.
After relocating to Hong Kong, Jerome have expanded his list of prestigious clients such as Bloomberg, European Pressphoto Agency (EPA) to name but a few. He also developed an interest in corporate photography resulting in an interesting mix of assignments ranging from reportage to corporate and event photography.

Born and raised in Spain, Aitor joined the PSI Hong Kong team in 2014. He is already travelling across Asia on assignment for our editorial clients along with the experience learned working for commercial clients such as the Spanish Professional Football League (LFP), ATP 500 Valencia and Garmin Barcelona Triathlon...
His images have been published in newspapers and magazines such as Marca, Diario As, El Pais, Diario Sport, Diario Mundo Deportivo, EuropaPress, L´Equipe... and selected for the 2011 & 2012 editions of the Valencia's photojournalists 'Fragments d'un Any' exhibition organised by the Journalists Union of Valencia (Spain).

Production Manager - PSI Hong Kong
Emeline was born in Hong Kong but educated in England. Having always been interested in the creative field she studied media technology and visual effects post-production and put her training to good use in her first position as a video editor documenting major activation events for an event management company.
Working in a small team meant that Emeline frequently had to help with various other tasks including client liaison, camera-work and also project management. With this background of multi-disciplinary abilities, 'The Power of Sport Images' was keen to add her to their Hong Kong production team.
Emeline enjoys the challenge of working in an environment where impossible deadlines and difficult creative briefs are the norm!

Raf was born in London, England to Spanish and Croatian parents. His international heritage and upbringing resulted in him living and working in the UK, Caribbean, and across Europe and Asia.
As a freelance editorial and commercial photographer, Raf's editorial images have been widely published in major newspapers (such as The Financial Times), his travel and lifestyle imagery has been seen in many in-flight and other magazines (including Air Canada, KLM & Singapore Airlines) and he has been commissioned to provide photography by a wide variety of corporate clients in a diverse number of industries spanning product design, professional services, hotel & spa operators and travel companies.
Raf's first career as a lawyer in the financial services industry (working for a leading international investment bank) provides him with the ideal skillset to lead our project management team but it is his creative multimedia vision that helps PSI meet - and exceed - clients' expectations.
He is expert at complex multimedia projects and ensures our creative vision is delivered to our clients on-time and according to brief.

Patrick is our Director of Photography with a career of over 16 years in current affairs, sport as well as extensive blue chip corporate brand experience.
Working under tight deadlines and under pressure is when you will see him at his best. With a deep understanding of the needs and wishes of both his client and subjects; He is used to managing large production teams on video as well as photo assignments.
Fluent in five languages he has travelled extensively on assignments in remote locations and hostile environments. His broadcast and stills photography has been commissioned, broadcast and published by the BBC, CNN, Channel 4, ITN, The New York Times, The Sunday Times Magazine, Stern Magazine, The Times, Telecinco Spain, Scottish Television, RTL Television, The Independent on Sunday Review, Geographical, Spiegel, and many other respected international clients.

Wai Mun Yoon‘s marketing and digital strategy career has been focused on enhancing online brands through innovative technologies and emerging media platforms.
As a member of the original management team of LOVEFiLM.com, he was responsible for the branding, launch and development of the LOVEFilM’s website, where the rapid user growth led him to appreciate the importance of big data in creating solutions for the monetisation of audience attention. His understanding of the dynamics of the content industry specifically the customer economics of multi-sided markets led to the creation of Cinelan, which he co-founded with Oscar-nominated documentarian, Morgan Spurlock and Arts Alliance CEO Thomas Hoegh to explore the digital use of syndicated, 3-minute documentary films by famous filmmakers.
Subsequently, his advisory work with venture-capital funded startup companies in the film space led to the creation of Cinelan, which he co-founded with Oscar-nominated documentarian, Morgan Spurlock and Arts Alliance CEO Thomas Hoegh to explore the digital use of syndicated, 3-minute documentary films by famous filmmakers.

Juan was born in Santander, northern Spain. He started his photo career 18 years ago as a staff photographer on the daily AS, the leading sports newspaper in Spain, covering hundreds of Spanish soccer league, UEFA and FIFA matches across Spain and Europe.
Since then he has worked for Associated Press and Getty Images covering breaking news and sport assignments across Spain.
Juan is a sports photographer with expertise in a number of fields including sailing, football, rugby, tennis, boxing ... with more than 15 years' experience shooting the most exciting sports competitions for leading sport media and wire agencies. He combines an eye for the latest news with an alternative view of the sport he is covering, giving clients extraordinary and unexpected images.
Based in Santander with his girlfriend and son, he divides his time shooting in the most famous stadiums and the most crowded boxing rings.

Jesus lives in Mallorca, Spain. He combines both of his life’s passions - sailing and photography - and makes a living as a professional skipper and regatta photographer. He has followed some of the world’s most important regattas as a freelance and official photographer including Audi MedCup, Copa Del Rey, The America´s Cup, Volvo Ocean Race, and various European world championships of different classes. In addition, Jesus has also shot on board some of the most sophisticated boats such as mini maxi MILLS 68 'Alegre' , TP 52 'Matador', & Wally 100 'ALEXIA'.
He has been commissioned by the Spanish Sailing Federation for the pre-Olympic campaign and his images have been commissioned by boat builders and designers like Reichel-Pugh, sail-makers like North-Sails and many other companies involved in sailing and racing.
His photos have been published in some of the best sailing magazines as 'Yachting World', 'Seahorse', 'Australia Sailing', 'Yate', 'Navegar' and many more.
He loves trying to get images from every possible angle, going underwater and shooting at 30 feet below the waterline, climbing the mast or flying in helicopters, all to capture the beauty of sailing.
